Manufacturing Facilities

INVIX's manufacturing facilities are company-owned and were designed specifically for the assembly of electronic products.

Built in 2008 in a 45,000 ft2 site in the Informatics Distric of Ilhéus, Bahia, our brand-new, environment-friendly factory features:

          -  Temperature and humidity control
          -  Steel and polypropilene fiber reinforced concrete floors
          -  15,000-liter rain-water collecting tank
          -  Waste water treatment facility
          -  State-of-the-art security system

Our production lines employ top-of-the line equipment such as:

          -  Philips/Assembléon AX 501 and Opal X-II SMT assembly machines
          -  DEK Horizon 03i stencil printer
          -  JT Electronics NS-1000 10-zone lead-free reflow oven
          -  JT Electronics NSM-450 wave soldering machine
          -  SMA PTH insertion line
          -  JET-300 ICT 1792-point electronic board testing machine
